General •DICM, Inc. does not guarantee job placement or interview results. •The information exchanged during consultations is based on talent acquisition experience and recruitment data research conducted privately by DICM, Inc. •Serious clients determined to improve marketable skills should yield more favorable results. Active engagement throughout scope of work is required. Delays in response time from client negatively impact service levels. •DICM, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or halt assistance upon their discretion. If applicable, all deposit payments will be refunded to client if DICM, Inc initiates work stoppage. •All referrals subject the referring customer to a 30% discount on all NEW future work (excludes update to previous work), including expedited work. Scope of Work •All work will be completed within 7-10 business days, unless an expedite request is made whereby a 2-3 business day turnaround may be possible. Expedite requests must be made in writing with a 50% upcharge incurred on invoice. •All Resumes will be in PDF format with no exceptions as all work is property of DICM, Inc. Any revisions on previous work completed can be completed for a minimum of $35 flat rate on future alterations of any/all products. •All Cover Letters, Reference Sheets and Salary History documents are issued in a customized Word format and editable by client. •All mock interviews must be scheduled within 2 weeks of completed work or client will forfeit the interview with no refund. (Exceptions are up to the sole discretion of DICM, Inc.) •All mock interviews will be held in neutral location or online with video assistance. •All mock interviews that include travel will not exceed 20 miles from DICM, Inc. headquarters. Donations •A 50% donation deposit of full invoice (expedite fee included) is due upon start of work with remaining donation balance payable prior to release of final products and written approval from client. •All donation transactions are non-refundable, excluding deposits regardless of who initiates work stoppage. •All donation transactions may be tax deductible. (DICM, Inc’s EIN is listed on invoice for tax purposes.) •All donation invoices and remittances will be via PayPal. Sorry, no checks.
