PLEASE READ: By signing up to volunteer you agree to the following statements as a Release and Hold Harmless- I understand that my volunteer work with Daughters in Christ Ministries, Inc. is fully voluntary. I am receiving no pay or monetary compensation for my services and time. Further I agree to hold harmless and release Daughters in Christ Ministries, Inc., its officers, members, employees, volunteers, or agents from all liability including, but not limited to personal injury, death, property laws, damage or other loss suffered or sustained by me or situations that occur while on premise that cause damage or liability to myself or others. I also further commit that of my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees are not to seek civil remedy in any court of law against Daughters in Christ Ministries, Inc. or its officers, members, employees, volunteers, or any assignees related to any activity or are a recipient of any item or service. 

By signing up to volunteer you agree to the following statements as a Photo/Media Release - Further, I agree to allow Daughters in Christ Ministries, Inc. to use any images or pictures taken of me during my volunteer service for social media purposes, advertisements, editorial use, or other promotions, unless otherwise discussed beforehand. I waive any right I may have to inspect the finished product and I release Daughters in Christ Ministries, Inc. from any liability for any use of the photographs or digital media. I understand that any media may be archived and used in the future with the same release of liability applied.
